		<description>Maybe it is time for incremental traffic citation fines for speeding and reckless driving. 

1st offense = $200
2nd offense = $400
3rd offense = $800
4th offense = $1,600

And so forth. 

No reimbursement by insurance for citations in any circumstance. 

If something doesn’t change in state statutes, we will remain in the same rinse and repeat cycle.  The present citation system is not working.</description>
