After reading how this individual was originally arrested made me think of something. What is the law for riding a bicycle along the streets? If the law states you must ride with the direction of the traffic, then is this the SAFEST method?! I have seen others injured or killed while riding their bikes this way. Would it be better to ride against the traffic so a rider can see what he coming at the rider. This way you can avoid a potential head-on collision.
