I'm very thankful for the local library in Century, where I was able to pay to print files for university when my computer barely ran and we had no working printer. Saved my butt many times! Of course, the books are nice as well ;) It's such a nice library on the inside and I highly encourage other Century locals to stop in! I can’t agree more, Laura! Brownsville kids and adults deserve a nice library of their own just as much as any other area of the county. This is a good use of our tax dollars. I was at a library on Langley earlier this week, after going to a doctor nearby. I needed to use one of their computers and their printer to work on an important government document. (I don't have a working printer at home, and didn't have access to the software I needed, which the library did.) I was wishing then that we had such services available on the West side, closer to my home. Now we do! I agree with Reading Rainbow.
