I predict a plea deal of a lesser charge and a 15-25 year sentence.
With gain time he will be out in 13-21 years.

I have no desire to see criminals go free, but he gets another trial because of someone else’s INaction. Truly disappointing and likely a big waste of more taxpayer money.

What a shame that this guy gets another trial. Because of his actions, Ladarious didn’t have any rights and does not get another chance. This is so hard for the Clardy family. My thoughts and prayers are with them. Praying justice will be served this time forever.
