Our family would like to say thank you to all of the readers and viewers on NorthEscambia.com who have sent their prayers for Zach and support. We, like you, have so many questions. One of those being why the rental agency allowed him to rent to car with no license and no insurance, only his Venezuelan ID card and another why he was not deported when he was arrested for theft in Williamson County as either him not being allowed the car or him being deported, would have meant he would not have been driving that day. Our focus right now is finding this guy and seeking justice for Zach and for Zach to make a full recovery! Thank you all again for your continued love and prayers.

The car could have been rented by a third person and passed along to the guy. As far as all the illegals with criminal records….our judges are siding with them rather than upholding our laws. It’s a no win situation – that the people voted for deportation is irrelevant

This is exactly why the illegal immigrants need to go. Too many times they are causing chaos and destruction and are being allowed to hide out in sanctuary cities. He needs to go and anyone harboring him should face time or deportation themselves. Thank god President Trump is cleaning up the mess that was left by the previous administration.

If the driver didn’t have a drivers license how did he rent the car ? You have to have a license and insurance to rent . This young man has sure seen more than his share of hard times I wish him an easy recovery from here on cause if anyone deserves it this guy does. Ultimately this crime was committed by the illegal, although there probably is some liability on the rental company. How one rents a car with no license or insurance I have no idea unless he somehow had stolen/falsified documents. Hope the kid fully heals and they catch this dirtbag.

When you open the floodgates and allow tens of millions of undocumented people across the border this is what happens. I fear this kind of thing is just the tip of the iceberg. What are all those military-age men from China, Iran and elsewhere doing with their days?
