I pray that it is approved soon. I’m not sure why feet are dragging but it will help the area. I see the benefits for our area.

I must say it seems as though someone is dragging their feet on getting this project approved. This has been in the works for quit some time. Would like to have Costco here has items that Sam’s and BJ’s doesn’t. Please get this approved!

I hope they approve it. Cotsco is better and cheaper than Sam’s club, and Bjs . We also can stay in our side of town without dealing with Davis or Airport in Pensacola.

I wish they would hurry up and build the Costco! Sams’ is driving me batty bonkers with the games they & Wally world play. Also Costco has products I love and would like to continue to buy that sam’s doesn’t! HURRY UP AND APPROVE THE DEVELOPEMENT AND BUILD IT!

We have been Costco members for a long time. Love them over Sams, or BJ’s for various reasons. BUT … instead of the already stressed 9 mile area I was truly hoping they would come to Santa Rosa Co near Avalon. A lot more open space, still interstate access and yes, if you build it, they will come. Where ever they end up it will be closer than the planned trips to mobile we make every couple months.

@Joshua Well you can go to Sam’s Club the rest of us want a Costco and if it increases traffic than we deal with it. It is a travesty it has taken this long. Now we just have to hope Escambia County doesn’t mess this up like 98% of things they touch.

I hope it doesn’t go through. We already have enough traffic on that section of Nine Mile. And as one who drives it daily I don’t want anymore. Only plus is it may make my house more appealing if I ever want to sell.

I hope whatever state regulatory items get approved then the approval from the county DRC happens soon so this project can actually happen. We need Costco in this area. I can not wait for it to open.
