2.8 acres divided by 11 units. Interesting. Aren’t there codes for fire lane accessibility or are contractors allowed to stack them in there like firewood? Will these shelters be Habitat for Humanity Housing? If so – the sliding sound will be property values going downhill. This isn’t sane development. This is anything for a buck.

The “garage” is a 4 unit apartment rental.????
Should all be torn down at this point.

Ten Mile road! The entrance to the soccer complex, entrance to the new recreation facility, entrance to 3 schools, hundreds of homes and possible entrance to the UWF football stadium. No updating on ANY of the infrastructure. We’re not doing anything with Pine Forest or old Palafox. Hey, lets waste more money and 6 lane US29 to Alabama. As the saying goes “Here’s you sign”!

That whole Road will need drainage installed, there is no piping or drainage on that road it floods near the end and people at the end are on a private portion solve the drainage issues on Ten Mile first.

Cue the “widen pine forest road” comments…

It’s a shame what was done to that historic home, even prior to the fire…but it’s their place, and they can do what they want.
