If a driver hits an ATV or dirt bike he is at fault if he broke the law. Turning left in front of dirt bike was illegal. Attorneys will have a field day with this one. Pickup driver will be charged. Only oncoming traffic in the opposing lane had the right of way over the turning vehicle.
