Had I known beforehand, I would have certainly attended last everning or joined in today for his celebration of life. Phillip is one of the kindest men I've ever known. Outside of that, his generoustiy preceeds him along with a great sense of humor. I'd heard his name with brother Robert, during early-mid 80"s within dirt car racing circles. MANY years later in 2017, I got to know him as a General contractor, with a reputation for keeping organized, clean and safe construction sites. More importantly became known for building high qualtiy homes. When I worked the north end permitting office, he'd buy us lunch sometimes and ALWAYS had a smile even in the mornings if I'd see him at the convenient store deli for breakfast. Phillip will be missed by many. Very deserving to soar with angels my friend. This morning I learned of Phillip’s death.
