I allowed a homeless person to stay on my vacant house porch. Sheriff was called on him breaking into my hoise. He told sheriff he had permission to stay there. Deputy contacted me and I said he had permission. No other action taken. Was NOT ILLEGAL FOR HIM OR ME…

If some one reports it to Escambia code enforcement they can cite the owner fines until they enforce a no trespassing policy and talk to ECSO. It seems the person is flaunting it. He could go behind Burger King or something.

It’s disgusting, he could even throw trash away at the Post Office.

Town of Century needs to take care of that. If the owner, LLC would go ahead and build a nice truck stop restaurant, that would be good.

Not hard to find the owner. It is online. They bought all the property.

Century doesn’t have a code enforcement officer, however they can turn it to Escambia county.

Homeless person has a tent set up at Panhandle Restaurant property..
Right out in plan site..
I’m guessing because it’s private property nothings being done.

They need to check out someone staying in front of the old Pahandle restaurant with trash everywhere. What’s up with that?
