Now days when builders do what is required and are ready to move forward, there is always one more hoop to jump through. Too many make work rules to justify a new official's position, maybe? Burdens are put on the backs of those trying to comply.. It is very frustrating to those TRYING to comply. So annoying. These people thought they would open back in January. WAY too many hoops doled out one at a time. Frustrating ! ! ! I wish you the best.
