Only 128 people showed up to vote. Unless you are one of those 128, it is time to sit down and shut up. I wish the county would take over Century. It’s embarrassing that one of the main routes into Pensacola pass through Century. So much of our tourism comes down from I-65 through this area. First you see a welcome to Florida sign and then you’re greeted with the sights and sounds of this run down, nasty looking little town. What makes it worse is the low speed limit. You have time to see everything. If I was Century I would want people to pass through as fast as possible. Less time to see the mess everywhere.
