If you are operating a motorized conveyance of any description on a county, state, or federal roadway, it should meet all requirements for such operation, including basic safety features and personal protection. Insurance to cover accidental loss should be required, as well as appropriate licensing.

Turning golf carts, scooters, and ATVs loose on the roads is unsafe, unwise, and shifts liability insurance costs to motor vehicle operators.
License and insure, or ban them from roadway operation.

Hiways should be limited to motorized vehicles with license tags only. This should include county roads to!.you cant ride or walk on interstate hiways
