No this electric skateboard should have been on the street, we can agree on that. But neither should side by sides or four-wheeler but no one speaks on those. Show some compassion, we are dealing with enough with this situation. We don’t need sparky remarks about what should be on and off the roads.

I saw a young man riding one of these in the bike lane, (mostly) on Mobile Highway near Michigan Avenue. I clocked him at an average speed of 40 – 45 mph! He seemed pretty adept at handling it, but it wouldn’t have taken much to trip him up considering the road conditions. He had no safety gear on and was wearing only shorts and a tee shirt
I am praying for the young woman. If she was moving along like the young man had been, I can understand why she had to be airlifted. Praying for a full recovery for her.
