Everyone on Rocky Branch uses a water well. Never stopped the stopped the gun club (property deeded to them by the county) from being allowed to fill the banks with lead. Hasn't stopped the land owners to the east from digging what ever kind of pit they have going on right on the edge of the swamp. I expect when they build the new sub divisions on the other of the tracks everbody will have ECUA services. Never has been a priority as long as it was just the few of us back there.
