@annie just because it says dui doesn’t mean it was an alcohol related dui. You can get a dui from prescription medication, drugs anything like that. Regardless it’s very sad and even worse that it was her own child.

There is no justice in cases like this, only punishment. DUI is horrible. There is NO reason to ever be driving after drinking. Too many options to get home other than driving yourself. Cases like this are the worst example of when a good time drinking.. Turns to murder. I know all involved and I see no way out of this other than when I build my time machine.
