It looks like the van may have passed on the left and the ECUA vehicle may have been turning left or when the van passed and re-entered the driving lane, they clipped the corner of the Sanitation truck. Either way, it’s saddens me to see this occur. As a safety reminder, sanitation trucks should be treated the same as emergency vehicles per Florida laws.
