I went to PJC back in 2006. We would take a break around 7:30 at night for 10 minutes. Go out of building 4 and look south for the 4th car from the doorway; wait until it got even with the door and your ten-minute break was up. If they would coordinate the lights, there wouldn't be cars stopped in the intersections, waiting for the light two blocks away to turn green.
