I have a question though, is anyone learning from Coach Douglas? He has an obvious track record of creating winning teams while he's there. It seems there's a real opportunity (when he's your Head Coach) to learn from him and then carry that on in the program he leaves behind. But it doesn't seem to happen that way. If I were Athletic Director at a school with Coach Douglas, I think I'd have a message for the Assistant Coaches; learn from him! In a few years, he'll probably be gone and your stock value will increase if you can carry on a winning record. Congrats to everyone involved and, while I'm an Aggie fan, I hope Coach Douglas brings his magic to Milton and the Panthers soon rise stronger and better. Congratulations Milton and Coach Douglas!
