the town of century is and will always be dysfunctional. there is no money coming into the town. a gas station and one grocery store are nice but that’s it.

Well well well we have mayor who needs help doing his job. They actually have a big circus clown show going on it’s sad that Century has fallen this far behind and still pointing fingers. Main question how can we force the mayor to resign or is this a partisan issue.

Yeah, first Gomez runs off Prather, then CTA, then Boutwell, then the Tallahasse delegates.

A lawsuit ain’t gonna do squat. CTA saw the handwriting on the wall and all they need was a signature. How hard was that? Obviously pretty hard.

First off, if Morgan and Morgan is taking the case they have already litigated other cases of this type and are confident they will win a settlement. Second, I would guess somewhere in all of this is a Referral Fee that will be paid to someone if they win. Someone might want to get their hands on the contract, which should be a matter of public record, and see who that is.

So the town council kept asking for more money, while simultaneously not being able to have enough members show up to a meeting, they get dropped by the CTA, now century wants to sue?

Wow. Let’s just keep voting in the same, or same type, of incompetent members, mayors and managers. The grand jury said it best, “Town officials have shown a clear lack of knowledge and understanding as to the operations of a governmental organization.”

The Circus never ends.

The CTA should be suing the Town of Century for its failures to handle business in a timely manner. As such, the CTA opted to go elsewhere. The group from Morgan & Morgan should have politely declined this case instead of wasting the courts time of such a frivolous lawsuit. But, I am sure the folks at Morgan & Morgan hopes to brow beat and inundate the CTA with loads of paperwork in an effort to force some type of settlement.
