I heard a woman say the other day she has four children two cats and two dogs she said she buys them food that cost over 100 dollars a bag. People of this generation care more about pets than they do people. I understand what happened. But it was a dog not a person. Dogs are not people they are animals. They don't always intend to NOT to leave them there. There is a button at the back of every school bus which the driver must push after turning off the bus or else lights flash and horns honk. This forces ALL to look for children. Something similar might save a few suspects, dogs, and careers.
