Thank God!!! I never have to drive to Mobile again. I like Costco but hated to go to the one in Mobile too much crime in the streets.

Glad Costco will be coming. Hope the gas lanes will have sat least 3 pumps per lane, it’ll move faster. Was at one in GA which had 10 lanes & 4 pumps per lane, took no time to get through. Even with BJ’s & Sam’s I think all of them have their own special items that everyone likes. Yes to a Trader Joe’s for us here!!!!

This is a mixed bag for the community. The growth is tremendous, jobs and volume will definitely help. Pensacola however already has Sam’s and BJ’s. I’m not sure our small businesses can survive competition with 3 large wholesale retailers. I’m hesitant in thinking we have the residents to support this too. However, as a westcoast transplant I’m thrilled to have a Costco again.

Better widen 9 mile to 3 lanes each way first. Our roads can’t handle a bigger population.

One thing is certain, DQ, Wells Fargo, Sam’s Seafood better own there buildings and land they sit on. If they lease them the rent is about skyrocket.
