When I was an educator many kids thought they could get away with the threats by saying it was a joke so did parents. This is no joke when students are out of class for hours while the school is searched. More kids getting arrested is teaching lessons to students letting parents they need to keep an eye on the child’s computer activity

We shouldn’t be surprised for one political party has made cruel and violent rhetoric part of their platform. They support of racist and pushing back against any regulation. The only place the party wants to restrict guns is their rallies and convention, everywhere else they want it to be a free for all: public businesses, schools (arming teachers?!), state fairs, etc.

So, why are we surprised when children act out like adults?

When I and my children went to school, the entire school was informed when something bad had been done and the name of the student causing the trouble was announced immediately. They made an example of the child. Today, they protect the honey bunnies and think it’s important to keep them a secret. But the kids in school with them know the name and they do not understand this does not make the student t “cool”. The secret children need to be kept out of school permanently. Let their parents deal with educating them and charge a good price.

12 year old in elementary school? Why is a 12 year in with the rest of the elementary schoolers? We have to stop catering to the least at the detriment of the rest. Come down harder and make examples of what not to do for all to see.

This is exactly why I took my child out of school until “they” said the threat was found. IF THAT WAS THE CASE WHY AND I MEAN WHY did this article just come out and no one ( parents ) no get a call as we we the last two time don’t you think we deserve to know any time our schools get threats????? Seriously thinking about putting my child in virtual school. This is crazy.
