These are not “accidents” they are collisions. When two cars attempt to occupy the same space, at least one driver is at fault. That’s no “accident”.

My family of 4 drives through that intersection 18 times a day for school, work and errands. Molino resident is correct on all his comments. When a third of the drivers use caution and follow the driving regulations to the letter, others will begin to follow. People do what other people do because it requires less thought. SET THE EXAMPLE, stick with it and watch what happens.

@ Mary Accidents happen but bad drivers make it worse !! And the drivers that don’t care makes it worse for everyone!! The road has very little to do with people’s impatience!! Don’t blame the road for these type of accidents!! Pay attention to what your doing when driving makes a big difference !!!!

It IS a poorly designed intersection, but careless drivers take advantage! 1- People on 29 routinely run that red light. 2-people merging from 29 nb onto 95A don’t yield. 3-people turning left from 95A onto 29 south turn from left lane to right lane! Basic driver’s ed., people: left turn to left lane, right turn to right lane. If you are turning right
from Morris, you will get hit .Avoid that intersection like the plague.

This is the worst intersection ever. People never yield the right of way at that light. Eventually someone is gonna get hurt there. I’ve complained to everyone about this for 3 years and just got laughed at. Hope all is OK and if you need a attorney call scott stone. Tell him I sent you.
