I assume salary demands have been met, so good for her.
I could care less how Alabama waste its money but my guess is Flomaton has about as much chance of being a successful city as Century does. They don’t have enough residents needed to operate between the two of them.

Is this the common pay for a town clerk? Seems excessively high especially with all of the financial issues Century already has. Smart lady to stay where she is.
