They've only paved a very small part of what will "eventually" become the new on-ramp. 5-6 year project? If this is an indication of how this is going to go it will be like Davis Hwy or 9-YEAR Rd! Alabama might have a replacement bridge over Mobile Bay done by the time the FDOT gets this mess figured out! didn’t happen today, likely not to happen next week or the week after that either.
