Not sure how he slid through the cracks and was not properly VETTED to test his home life and how his neighbors think of him.. I had a job like that once where they set reps to talk to my family and to see what kind of folks I hung around with. I had to answer for any family member being a felon and what part of my life are they associated with. Example 3 or 4th cousins being friends and one of them a felon.... Thats got to go to prevent the cop from ever having to make a choice to help the felon family member. This guy seems like he had children without having a plan in life on providing for them..
