That’s not how it works in the real “big” world at all. Spend some time getting broken in to the real world issues of our educators and get back to us in a few years. Why not volunteer at the schools or even better, work as a substitute or as a full time teacher and see how long you survive. You truly have no connection whatsoever to education and what it takes from teachers every day to exist in a toxic environment that often starts with uninvolved parents, undisciplined kids and being blamed for behavior that you have no control over.
