You already waive your right of suing when you enter your personal information on any of these medical websites or facilities. As a credit specialist I would want to advise all of you to freeze all 3 bureaus starting now. When your credit is frozen, nobody (not even yourself) can apply for any new credit until you unfreeze it again. Stop wasting time being mad and trying to sue these companies. We need to be able to sue the hell out of any company that stores and allows a data breach. These companies sell your data, they use your data in order to profit. Perhaps a penalty of say 10,000 dollars per account, accessed would get their attention. (paid to the account holder). they should also be held accountable for all damages caused by their failure to protect this crucial data. They would then have a lot of skin in the game and I bet there would be a lot less breaches. No company needs your information stored on their servers. Should be one service provided by the business then wipe your account of everything except your username for that site, and order history, nothing else.
