This is so very true. I have a nephew living in a shed in someone's backyard now. People don't seem to have money to pay for any necessities to survive or assist someone trying to help them out but they "ALWAYS" have money for alcohol, tobacco, drugs and.....lottery tickets. A Just doesn't make sense to me. Oversight…..
