The evidence is overwhelming by the Agencies that enforce these laws everyday for many years. People are under surveillance before they know what hit them. Are you kidding me?!? How can the law allow him to be released on bond?!? Sexually assaulting children is evil enough but toddlers and infants? Why is he still breathing, much less out and about, free to do it some more? GPS monitors are a joke, just like our judicial system at this point. SMH

I understand people are ASSUMED Innocent until proven guilty but they found the images on his personal device at his place of residence! That alone should equal no bond unless theaters someone else who logged on to his electronics and did this. I’m just saying, I’ve seen far less crimes at NO BOND and here we see a person loading these things into THEIR personal computers/electronic devices….i just don’t get it. The posting bond and petitioning the courts to remove GPS location device tells me one thing…this fella may be thinking of fleeing the Country. Oh, it can be done even with travel restrictions in place. I just think they shouldn’t have given him a bond…what about the safety of any victims? Not a fan of Bonds on charges like this…js
