I invited the band to participate in the Tournament of Roses Parade 30 years ago while Joe Hooten was the director (we have remained great friends since). I was the President of the Tournament of Roses in 2016-2017 and I also am a musician. I have great respect for the students, directors, staff, administration and parents.
