Austin, There has never been an innocent until proven guilty. What you are talking about is the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, big difference.

I live right across the street from the wreck, next door from the Dollar General Store. We have seen wreck after wreck there. That afternoon it sound like two 18 wheeler had hit. My sister and I hollered at the same time what was that. I was surprised no one was killed. I pray that God will heal her completely. Also I pray for the guy who drove the truck. They need a red-light thre or something because Highway 29 is so busy now. Too many accidents!!!.

@jr. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty. No where in the article does it say what the cause was, so you are just assuming that because some people do it means that this person did it. Why not wait til the police finish their investigation. As far as I can tell that box truck is a penske rental which means the person driving may not may not have a cdl b that proves that they are qualified to drive a vehicle over 14k lbs, the amount of times I’ve seen rental box trucks act like they are a small 4k or less lbs car is ridiculous and the amount of times I’ve seen them merge nearly running somebody off the road. But Austen you are assuming that just like I did about the female driver.

Yeah exactly my point. Doesn’t matter what other people do or whet somebody is qualified to drive a certain class of vehicle, let’s just wait til the police gather all the evidence

Yea… those solid white, 20k lb, 13′ tall 102″ wide box trucks are hard to negotiate around out there.

The cut throughs from 29 to Palafox between Roberts Road and 10 mile need to be removed. I see too many instances where people go flying through there and nearly cause an accident. I bet this is what happened when the driver of the Nissan tried doing this and drove into the box truck.

It’s just going to keep getting worse as traffic on 29 keeps increasing. People are going to get killed because of this.

Saw this wreck today. I knew it was bad when I saw numerous men running to the car to offer assistance. Stopped right then to pray for whoever was in this wreck.
