Glad this case finally comes to an end. award money for information must have outweighed any loyalty between individuals who knew about it.
The family has closure who hit him and left him there to die but will always question why their loved one was going for a bicycle ride at 3 o‘clock in the morning on a completely dark busy thoroughfare to the beach.
