I happen to know for a fact the driver that was excreciated from her car is in serious condition. Has had multiple surgeries and more to come. Freak accident it was not. If a tree fell and smashed a car, that is a freak accident. This accident was caused by someone’s failure to maintain their lane. This is a simple case of driver error. Not freak accident.
