They would not be charging him with all the different charges if they did not have evidence. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. But you have to look at the charges against him not to mention the ones that haven’t been processed yet or the ones he hasn’t been prosecuted for yet. He took the victim’s dignity with what he did to her while she was handcuffed. This is why there is no trust in law enforcement.
