Would you give that same advice to conservatives?

If you don’t like seeing female protagonists on TV, don’t watch movies with female protagonists. If you don’t like books about gay penguins, don’t read books about gay penguins. If you don’t want to learn about African American history, don’t take an African American history class.

But for some reason, the same “if you don’t like it, just ignore it” folks are the ones trying to weaponize the government to ban “woke” books, movies, and classes that make them uncomfortable.

I must say the signs do display some vanity on Ron’s part. Now if he could get busy in regard to out of control home and auto insurance rates that would be great. Massive numbers of Floridians are losing their homes. The insurance companies are raping and pillaging Florida residents. Home and auto rates are going up steadily, in fact people are leaving the free state of Florida because they cannot afford to live here anymore.

Of you know the location of the signs and they have a negative effect on you, don’t look at them when you pass. If you don’t like a television or radio message, change the station. Instead of complaining about the choice of another, use your freedom of choice to ignore it.

If a person is dumb enough to base their decision about where to live based on a “Welcome” sign on the side of the Interstate, then this is absolutely the state for them.

Personally, I’d like to see the governor start making our state a good place to live instead of just trying to gaslight people into thinking he cares about Floridians.
