He should have gotten 20-years just for that. Our weak prosecutors should work a little harder at giving criminals more time in jail than a quick plea bargain to pad their prosecution rates. They were order to pay restitution, 800 dollar pistol at 25 bucks a month... Been years still not paid. If anyone is ordered to pay restitution their release should be dependent upon completing the restitution. I bet he has the money it's just buried under a rock cause he can't put it in the bank.
