They have increased their online bill pay fee to $2.24. We shouldn’t have to pay a fee to pay our bill. They’ve already increased our rates, now another increase to pay your bill. They are just outright greedy!!

“Oversight” Thanks for the heads-up,
Guess the new normal is to charge the processing fees back to the customer.
Kinda more honest than doing that as an unseen charge.
Even with pennies on the dollar, somewhere there’s a LOT of money being collected on the credit/debit card user fees.

This is in their FAQ’s:
“Is there a fee to use InfoSend?
Yes, there is an InfoSend convenience fee of 2.9% on credit/debit cards and a 35-cent fee on ACH payments. ECUA receives no portion of the convenience fee.”

Also, I know there is no fee if you sign up for their Pre-authorized checking program directly with ECUA. I am in it and there is no fee.

ECUA “forgot” to mention their additional fees for using their “new” online bill pay. Here, from ECUA’s website: “Fees for using this service are $0.35 for ACH-payments and 2.9% of the total payment for credit card(s) payments.
Payments made to your account will be reflected on the next business day.”
