The act of defending YOURSELF comes first. And YES you can do that by taking a life of another. That act of dealing drugs is another act that if found out he will be charged with that crime. Robbing a dope boy is common thing and those that do that are the real bad ones. As they dont mind shooting up a place to get at the person andd their dope cash and dope… Thats why dope dealers are tageted for that fast cash with out the law to report to.
They all could have been dead and the only ones holding the money bag is the TAX payers. Cradle to grave care but at what cost

@Oversight…. Charges are pending against Mitchell concerning the sell of drugs issue… I’m sure ESCO is being thorough with their investigation and handling the more important matter of death and robbery first…

But if you are saying someone shouldn’t be able to defend their life because they are attempting to sell some pot, you really should reconsider your position…

Except by the government, perhaps?

As characterized, he commits illegal acts. That is a separate question for the justice system and they say charges on that are pending.

Note that they are not charged with attempted robbery. They are charged with murder, felony murder, a death resulting from actions in n commission of a felony such as attempted murder or yes, armed robbery.

If you believe you can legally steal from drug dealers, please understand they may disagree. Interesting that one had apparently already been involved in a felony which resulted in another death.
