We were there at 7:30 and it already had a line. 30 mins after they opened they had reached all availability. We waited for over 6 but you can leave they keep you in a digital line via texts. Seems very difficult to hit the timing just right to get a slot from what I've heard. The tag office is busy enough. When we still had the driver's license office, there were appointments and working people could get in and out. This new set up is not as efficient.
