The increased traffic has ruined Bratt Rd as well as the intersections at Pine Barren and Hwy 4 and Vaughn and Hwy 4. It just makes more sense to do it all at one time and minimize the closure of the main roads. Especially redo the 2nd bridge or we'll be back in the same spot a yr from now.
