This man is very hateful and mentally ill. He deserves the max sentence. He knew exactly what he was doing and tried to get rid of evidence. He had no remorse at all for Justin Kent.

He does need to be put away for a long while. The problem is the prison system is full. Over 60% are serving life sentence. And since Florida does not have parole(at least for crime that happened after about 1995). They dont have a lot of room. I think they need to bring back parole. But it has to be a one time thing, and strict. Stricter than sex offender probation. Not that that is strict anyway. They go to their home once a month. May twice at most.
