		<description>I remember the old jokes about walking to school in the snow, uphill, both ways but in all sincerely, I don&#039;t remember a single time school was cancelled or delayed due to inclement when I was a kid or even when my kids we in school.  This seems to be something knew that has started within the last 5 year or so.</description>
