Wait… A 21 year old man doesn’t understand that running water will fill up a tub and overflow?He then left the tub to fill with water while the one year old was in the tub. The tub was still filling so He took medication and fell asleep? He probably didn’t expect the outcome of his actions, but neither did that baby. The courts will serve justice, and let’s hope the families involved find closure. Sad for that Baby.

I am a relative of Marc Anthony Basulto and I will gladly state that he did not do this on purpose. The fact that you guys are willing to judge him based off a picture after a long night and lord knows what he went through in processing it just shows how simple minded many of you are, I do agree that in cases such as his the law should require him to get licenses to become a parent because as you will all come soon to find out he was was around very special care and medication his entire life. BUT IT WAS NOT MURDER , this guy was special ill say once again. couldn’t hurt a fly yet alone win a fight. He comes across like a surfer bro you meet at a beach and doesnt do drugs besides whats prescribed and legal.The entire family heard this news and immediately didn’t think murder.

@Tom…..I never said anything about a license to reproduce. I will help you understand as you seen to have seen difficulty with the basic principle of thought process. Certain qualifications must ne met to attain goals in life. Counseling before marriage is common so why not require parenting classes or show a method of support before bringing a child into the world?

I could not imagine the pain that this family is going through right now… to lose such a precious child I have a two month old granddaughter and I could not imagine anything happening to her. It would be devastating and the look on this dude’s face really aggravates me no remorse. He actually looks like he doesn’t care so sad prayers for this family may God heal their broken hearts.

Obviously there is a major problem !!! Take medication and go to sleep and let a child drown !!! So if convicted jail time probably won’t do yo any good because you will still have the issue of ignorance !! Oh and stupidity!! I personally don’t think there is any hope or fix it available for you!!!
