Wow!! All I can say is back from the 70’s and 80’s we just went to school no matter what the weather was. We lived through it so just go to school. Leave the stupid phones at home and go to school!!

Elijah, Ernest Ward does NOT have generators!! I am speaking from knowledge as I retired from Ernest Ward July 1, 2023. I am pretty sure Bratt and Northview does not have Generators as well. For one as a former Principal, we have hurricane shelter duty. During Ivan, Northview was totally without power for days!!

it’s crazy because schools are only relying on generators right now that’s not enough to power the whole school. with the lunchs is crazy because the little warmth of food that’s might be cold because the generators has limit
