Wow….her inability to not drive while intoxicated shows several things.Ons, she needs help with her problem because apparently she doesn’t have to WANT TO to stop this type of behavior. Two, she has no accountability in her life and refusal to stop when lights/sirens activated shows she will do whatever it takes to try and get away from her responsibilities as a law abiding citizen. I too have a praying mother and I, like this young lady, come from a very great family. Did that give me a free pass to do the bad things I did? Did those two factors allow me to commit the crimes I committed and make my actions instantly forgivable? NO!!!! No matter who your mother is/how hard she prayers or what the “make up” of a family has it’s solely on THE INDIVIDUAL who commits these crimes/does the stupid stuff. I will be the first to tell you that I WAS THAT MONSTER I created. I DID operate my vehicles under the influence and I TOO ran from the police, a few times, to evade capture and avoid taking responsibility for my actions. As far as she not getting sentenced due to how she looks/what she is or where she comes from is so far from the truth. Women go to prison/receive jail time just as much as their male counterparts. I’m thankful that I never caused any injuries/damage in my days of displaying my ignorance with my addictions just as I’m thankful this young lady didn’t in this latest arrest. I pray the Troopers weren’t injured by her inability to comply with their orders. I also pray for this young lady to FINALLY change her ways before she does injure/murder someone and get the help she needs. To her family, taking up for her/her actions is called ENABLING…open your eyes and see that this is a pattern that’s getting worse each time. When will this stop before it gets worse with far more horrifying consequences? When will y’all step in and see that SHE is the problem and get her help instead of making excuses!!! To her mother, KEEP PRAYING for your child please, I know that eventually it works but this young lady has to WANT to change and get out GODS way but she also needs to get out of her own way first…

@Thomas Snowden, she might come from a nice family but she’s not so nice. Obviously there’s a huge disconnect between her mother praying and what she is doing. Prayer doesn’t fix this and the good family didn’t cause it. I can promise you if it wasn’t your family and she killed one of your relatives in a wreck you’d feel much different about this. I can promise you the officers would rather not chase and taser people. Had she simply stopped and taken accountability for her actions the outcome would have been much better. Bad on her part, very bad and now she needs to pay for it.
