They are the ones who put in the hard work every day. On the flip side, all of these schools have favorable demographic attendance zones or have no zones at all and have some control over who may attend. This should be quite evident to elected officials and administrative officials who somehow think that all schools should perform at ultra high levels while ignoring the demographics of each child’s family and community. Improved scores and excellence stretch far beyond just having great teachers and the doors of the school. Congratulations to the teachers and students! They are the ones who put in the hard work every day.
