One backed into my wifes vehicle during a pickup and drove off without picking up the patient or acknowledging the accident. Higher ups claimed they investigated and found none of their vehicals were there even though 2 people saw the incident. I'll have to cover the repairs out of pocket or file an insurance claim. I have had to take community transportation to appointments and it is some of the worst trips I have ever taken. We had one run out of gas on a back road in the middle of summer for 3 hours. Missing my appointment and sweating it out, even though we just passed a gas station. They wanted to wait and get gas 13 miles down the road. That was the driver's excuse. Another experience was using them after oral surgery, instead of taking me home at pick up, first and working their way downtown. They went downtown, which means I sat on it from 1p to 530p with Novacane wearing off a couple of hours prior. I now rent a van or taxi. I told a friend next time we need community transportation I'm bringing an emotional support chicken and he can bring a support goat. So we get the full third-world experience. Third-world service.
