We received a toll for some place we have never been, picture they based this fine on was too dark to distinguish any features of the vehicle or license plate. This was not a one time occurrence, just anecdotal, it appears to be business as usual for SunPass, using partial plates and old pictures to collect fees. I'd really like for SunPass to be independently audited, from what little we know of them they are not much better than these scammers using their name.
